With Ace Online Rebates you can enter the required information online instead of mailing anything in. If you prefer to submit your rebate by mail, review the requirements on the rebate redemption form. You should always retain photocopies of ANY submitted materials for future reference.

If the postmark date or submission date has passed for your rebate, unfortunately you will not qualify. Rebates are special because they aren't offered all the time - so check your dates and apply promptly!

Some manufacturers tell customers that they must wait 8-14 weeks to receive their rebate. But with Ace Online Rebates, you'll receive your rebate within 8 weeks after you submit it. The main advantage is no copies to be made, and nothing to be mailed in.

What does it mean if I'm asked to send the original "UPC"?
Sample UPC symbolYou will need to mail in the rebate for this item. You would send the product barcode, which is found on the packaging. Some boxes may have several different barcodes. If you are unsure, ask a store associate, or call the customer service number on your rebate redemption form. For all Ace rebate promotions, refer to the rebate form to find out which products require an original UPC to be submitted.

After submitting my rebate online, I received an invalid notification. What do I do now?
If you received an invalid postcard notification, it means either more information is required, some of the information you provided is incorrect or that your submission did not meet the qualifying requirements of the promotion. Follow the directions given on the notification and check the information you entered. Then resubmit your rebate with additional or corrected information as requested. If you have additional questions or do not understand the invalid reason given, call the toll-free customer service number listed on your rebate redemption form.

Why could it take up to 8 weeks for my check to arrive if I submitted all the information online?
Once your rebate submission is received, either online or by mail, Ace initiates a verification and validation process. This timeframe includes time to mail.

How do I check the status of my rebate?
If you submitted your rebate online, you will receive an email confirmation that your rebate submission will be processed. That email will contain a link to the track status page. If you send your rebate submission by mail, be sure to keep copies of all submitted materials. To check the status of your rebate, use our rebate tracking system at www.acerebates.com or call the toll-free number printed on your rebate redemption form.
